The Mayor of Yerevan has decided to grant permission to "Liana Khachatryan Mkrtchi" IE to install an automatic self-service device adjacent to the address Nubarashen 11th Street, No. 7/3, Yerevan community. The permission is granted for July 2026 for the purpose of carrying out trade or providing services. Control over the implementation of the decision is assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff and Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan.

ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY
Taking into account the application of "Liana Khachatryan Mkrtchi" IE and guided by the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

To grant "Liana Khachatryan Mkrtchi" IE permission to install 1 automatic self-service device adjacent to the address Nubarashen 11th Street, No. 7/3, Yerevan, for the month of July 2026, for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community.

To take note that the local fee set for the month of July for the permission to install an automatic self-service device has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid, the permission is considered extended.

Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of Yerevan City Hall Staff: to supervise the compliance of the activities of "Liana Khachatryan Mkrtchi" IE mentioned in point 1 of this decision with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of Yerevan City Hall Staff.

Control over the execution of this decision shall be exercised by Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan.

This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
