ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of "Armen Grigoryan Hrachiki" IE and guided by the appendix to decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

  1. To grant "Armen Grigoryan Hrachiki" IE permission for the installation of 1 automatic self-service device at Isakov Avenue No. 6, Yerevan, for the month of August 2026, for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community.

  2. To take note that the local fee set for the month of August for the installation permit of the automatic self-service device has been paid, and in case the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid, the permit is considered extended.

  3. Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall: to supervise the compliance of "Armen Grigoryan Hrachiki" IE's activities mentioned in point 1 of this decision with the requirements of decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
