ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICES OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of Artem Ghazaryan, General Director of "Tel-Cell" Open Joint-Stock Company, and guided by the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

  1. To grant "Tel-Cell" Open Joint-Stock Company permission to install 7 automatic self-service devices for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community for the month of July 2026, at the following addresses: Avanesov Street No. 24/3, Haghthanak District 5th Street No. 27/2, Mamikonyants Street No. 47/4, Rubinyants Street No. 15/5, Tserents Street No. 7/1, Svachyan Street No. 38/1, and Sevan Street No. 33/7 in Yerevan.

  2. To take note that the local fee established for the month of July for the permission to install automatic self-service devices has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permission shall be considered extended.

  3. To instruct the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff to supervise the compliance with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan during the activities of "Tel-Cell" Open Joint-Stock Company mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan. 6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
