ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of "Karen Petrosyan Petros" IE and guided by Annex to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan and Decision No. 480-N of December 23, 2025, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

  1. To grant "Karen Petrosyan Petros" IE permission to install 4 automatic self-service devices for the purpose of carrying out trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community for August 2026, at the addresses: Shengavit, Bagratunyats Street No. 11, Tadevosyan Street No. 14/1, Garegin Nzhdeh Street No. 3, and Malatia-Sebastia, Andraniki Street No. 112/5.

  2. To take note that the local fee established for August for the permission to install automatic self-service devices has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permission is considered extended.

  3. The Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff shall supervise the implementation of the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan during the activities of "Karen Petrosyan Petros" IE mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. The control over the implementation of this decision shall be carried out by Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
