ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of Individual Entrepreneur "Mekhak Arevyan Gagiki" and guided by the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council and Decision No. 480-N of December 23, 2025, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To grant Individual Entrepreneur "Mekhak Arevyan Gagiki" permission to install 1 automatic self-service device for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community, for the month of August 2026, opposite the address No. 21/9 Kirk Kirkorian Street, Malatia-Sebastia.

  2. To take note that the local fee established for the month of August for the permission to install an automatic self-service device has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid, the permission is considered extended.

  3. Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff: to supervise the compliance with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council during the activities of Individual Entrepreneur "Mekhak Arevyan Gagiki" mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.

  5. The control over the implementation of this decision shall be carried out by Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
