ON GRANTING PERMISSION TO ORGANIZE PUBLIC CATERING SERVICE

Taking into account the application of Karapet Sargs Tumasyan, director of "REST TEAM" Limited Liability Company, guided by Article 60, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and Decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To grant "REST TEAM" Limited Liability Company permission to organize public catering services in the common use area of 20.31 sq.m. adjacent to M. Saryan Street, building 2/2, Yerevan, for the summer season of 2026.

  2. To acknowledge that the local fee set for the permission to organize public catering services for the summer season of 2026 has been paid.

  3. To the Departments of Trade, Services and Advertising, Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan Municipality Staff and the Head of Kentron Administrative District: to supervise the fulfillment of the requirements of Decision N 718-N of February 14, 2023, of the Yerevan City Council "On establishing the procedure, conditions, and restrictions for the use of territory for organizing public catering services in common use areas adjacent to the given object by persons providing public catering services in the administrative territory of Yerevan community during the summer (from May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (from November 1 to April 30 inclusive) seasons" by "REST TEAM" Limited Liability Company in the area mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff. 5. Control over the execution of this decision shall be exercised by Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan. 6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
