ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC
SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE
ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY
Considering the application of "SIMTEK SYSTEMS" LLC and guided by
Annex to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of
the City of Yerevan and Decision No. 480-N of December 23, 2025, of the Council
of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

To grant "SIMTEK SYSTEMS" LLC permission to install 1 automatic
self-service device in front of Tigran Mets Avenue, No. 29, Kentron,
for the month of August 2026, for the purpose of carrying out trade or
providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings
and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community. -
To take note that the local fee established for the month of August
for the permission to install an automatic self-service device has been paid,
and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the
current year is paid, the permission is considered extended. -
The Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the
Yerevan City Hall Staff shall supervise the compliance of "SIMTEK SYSTEMS"
LLC's activities with the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24,
2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, as mentioned in point 1
of this decision. -
The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this
decision shall be entrusted to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising
Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff. -
The control over the implementation of this decision shall be carried
out by Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan. -
This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
