By the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan, «Andranik Hovhannisyan Samveli» Sole Proprietorship is permitted to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of house 10/7 on Nersisyan Street in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district. The permission is granted for August 2026, and upon payment of the local fee, it is considered extended. Control over the execution of the decision is vested in the Head of the Department of Trade, Services and Advertising of the Staff of the Yerevan City Hall and Deputy Mayor Surene Grigoryan.

ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT OF THE CITY

Taking into account the application of Naira Adamyan, authorized person of Individual Entrepreneur "Andranik Hovhannisyan Samveli", and guided by the appendix to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan, and Decision No. 480-N of December 23, 2025, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan:

  1. To grant Individual Entrepreneur "Andranik Hovhannisyan Samveli" permission to install 1 automatic self-service device in front of the address 10/7 Nersisyan Street, Kanaker-Zeytun, for the purpose of carrying out trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community for the month of August 2026.

  2. To take note that the local fee set for the month of August for the permission to install an automatic self-service device has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid, the permission is considered extended.

  3. Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff: to supervise the implementation of the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan during the activity of Individual Entrepreneur "Alexan Ghazaryan Gagiki" mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
