ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of Anahit Stepanyan, authorized person of "EVRIKA GROUP" LLC, and guided by Annex to Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council and Decision No. 480-N of December 23, 2025, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To grant "EVRIKA GROUP" LLC permission for the installation of 1 automatic self-service device for the month of August 2026, for the purpose of conducting trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative area of Yerevan community, at the address: Ajapnyak, Nazarbekyan street, building No. 12/4, in front of area 107.

  2. To take note that the local fee established for the month of August for the installation permit of the automatic self-service device has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year is paid, the permit is considered extended.

  3. To the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff: to exercise control over the fulfillment of the requirements of Decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council during the activities of "EVRIKA GROUP" LLC mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision is carried out by Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
