On dismissing Ruzanna Grigory Yeremyan from the position of director of "Hakob Kojoyan" educational complex state non-commercial organization of Yerevan
A decision has been made to dismiss Ruzanna Grigory Yeremyan from the position of director of "Hakob Kojoyan" educational complex state non-commercial organization of Yerevan starting from August 19, 2026. The decision is based on relevant articles of the Law "On local self-government in the city of Yerevan", the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, the Law "On state non-commercial organizations", and the Law "On guarantees of activity of a member of the National Assembly", as well as Ruzanna Yeremyan's application. The employment contract is terminated, and August 18, 2026, is considered the last working day.

ON DISMISSING RUZANNA GRIGORI YEREMYAN FROM THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF "HAKOB KOJOYAN" EDUCATIONAL COMPLEX" STATE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION OF YEREVAN
Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 6 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Article 130 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, Article 16, Part 3, Subpoint "a" of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On State Non-Commercial Organizations", Article 2, Part 2, Subpoint 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Guarantees of the Activity of a Member of the National Assembly" and based on the application of Ruzanna Yeremyan:
- To dismiss Ruzanna Grigori Yeremyan from the position of director of "Hakob Kojoyan" Educational Complex" State Non-Commercial Organization of Yerevan from August 19, 2026, by terminating the employment contract concluded with her on October 7, 2021, and to consider August 18, 2026, as the last working day.
