ON CONCLUDING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH GOHAR ARAYIKI KHACHATRYAN, THE ELECTED DIRECTOR OF THE "YEREVAN NVER SAFARYAN BASIC SCHOOL N 164" STATE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION

Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 6 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Article 15, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On State Non-Commercial Organizations", Point 39 of the appendix approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia Decision N 181-N of February 9, 2023, and based on the minutes N 839 of July 29, 2026, of the professional commission meeting for conducting a competition for the vacant position of director of a state general education institution operating under the subordination of the Yerevan Municipality:

  1. To appoint Gohar Arayiki Khachatryan as the director of the "Yerevan Nver Safaryan Basic School N 164" state non-commercial organization from August 21, 2026, by concluding an employment agreement for a period of 5 years, from August 21, 2026, until August 21, 2031, inclusive.

  2. To temporarily assign the duties of the coordinator of the administrative and economic part of the "Yerevan Nver Safaryan Basic School N 164" state non-commercial organization to Gohar Khachatryan, the director of the same organization.

  3. To relieve Armine Aslanyan, the deputy director of the "Yerevan Nver Safaryan Basic School N 164" state non-commercial organization, from performing the temporary duties of the director of the same organization.
