Regarding the appointment of Romanos Vachagan Safaryan to the position of Director of the community enterprise "Yerevan Waste Management and Sanitary Cleaning".

ON APPOINTING ROMANOS VACHAGANI SAFARYAN TO THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF THE "YEREVAN WASTE MANAGEMENT AND SANITATION" COMMUNITY INSTITUTION

Guided by Clause 6 of Part 1 of Article 52 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Article 14 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, and based on the application of Romanos Safaryan:

  1. To appoint Romanos Vachagani Safaryan to the position of Director of the "Yerevan Waste Management and Sanitation" community institution, effective from August 5, 2026.
  2. To release Andranik Avetisyan, Deputy Director of the "Yerevan Waste Management and Sanitation" community institution and Acting Director, from the performance of the duties of the Director of the "Yerevan Waste Management and Sanitation" community institution, effective from August 5, 2026.
  3. Salary according to the staff list.
