ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO DECISION N2135-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED JUNE 24, 2021

Based on Article 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", points 3.6 and 3.7 of the Charter of "Yerevan Zoo" SNCO:

  1. In the appendix to Decision N 2135-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated June 24, 2021, "On approving the personal composition of the Board of Trustees of "Yerevan Zoo" SNCO", replace the words "Kristina Vardanyan" with the words "Nare Aramyan".
  2. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Environmental Protection Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  3. Control over the implementation of the decision is ensured by the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan S. Madatyan.
