ON DISMISSING NARINE PARUYRI MIRZOYAN FROM THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF "YEREVAN H.157 BASIC SCHOOL" STATE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION

Guided by Article 109, Part 1, Point 2, Article 111, Parts 1 and 2, Article 130 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, Article 15, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On State Non-Commercial Organizations", Point 4 of the appendix approved by the Decision N 181-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated February 9, 2023, and based on the notification h. N/50426-26 of the Mayor of Yerevan dated July 31, 2026, as well as sub-point "d" of point 4.1 of chapter 4 and point 5.1 of chapter 5 of the employment contract concluded with Narine Mirzoyan on January 10, 2023 -

  1. To dismiss Narine Paruyri Mirzoyan from the position of director of "Yerevan H.157 Basic School" state non-commercial organization from August 10, 2026, by terminating the employment contract concluded with her on January 10, 2023.
  2. To temporarily assign the duties of the director of "Yerevan H.157 Basic School" state non-commercial organization to Tiruhi Nikoghosyan, deputy director of the same organization.
