ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO DECISION N 5383-Ա OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED DECEMBER 30, 2025
Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", Articles 83 and 84 of the Law "On Joint Stock Companies":
- Appendix N 1 of Decision N 5383-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated December 30, 2025, "On Approving the Structure, Staffing, and Official Salaries of "Nork-Marash Medical Center" Closed Joint-Stock Company under the Jurisdiction of Yerevan, and the Estimates of Revenues and Expenditures and Cash Flows for 2026" shall be set forth in a new edition in accordance with Appendix N 1.
- The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Healthcare Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff and the Director of "Nork-Marash Medical Center" Closed Joint-Stock Company.
- Control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to S. Madatyan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.
