On organizing the procurement procedure

1. Implement the procurement procedure for consulting services for technical supervision of the quality of major repair works of the overpass connecting Davit Anhaght-Komitas streets in Yerevan (Lambada bridge) by means of procurement from one person. 2. Provide the invitation only to the person specified in the procurement application submitted by the responsible department. 3. Assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation to the head of the construction and improvement department of the Yerevan City Hall staff. 4. Supervision is carried out by the secretary of the Yerevan City Hall staff.

ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE
Guided by Article 2, Part 1, Point 1 of the RA Law "On Procurement"
and based on paragraph "d" of Subpoint 1 of Point 21 of Annex N 1,
approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia's Decision No. 526-N of May 4, 2017.

  1. To carry out the procurement procedure for consulting services for technical supervision of the quality of major repair works of the connecting overpass (Lambada bridge) connecting David Anhaght - Komitas streets in Yerevan, for the needs of Yerevan city in 2026,
    in the form of procurement from a single person, based on Article 23, Part 1, Point 2 of the Law "On Procurement".
  2. The invitation shall be provided only to the person specified in the procurement application submitted by the responsible department.
  3. The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Construction and Improvement Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
  4. Control over the execution of this decision shall be carried out by the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
