On organizing the procurement procedure

The decision concerns the organization of the procurement procedure for asphalting works and technical supervision consulting services for the adjacent area of the "MERIDIAN" Expo Center for 2026. Procurements will be carried out from a single source, in accordance with the RA Law "On Procurements". The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision are assigned to the head of the Construction and Improvement Department of the Yerevan Municipality staff, and oversight to the Secretary.

ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE

Guided by point 1 of part 1 of article 2 of the RA Law "On Procurement" and based on sub-point "d" of point 1 of point 21 of Annex N 1 approved by Decision No. 526-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated May 4, 2017:

  1. To carry out the procurement procedure for asphalting works of the area under communal subordination adjacent to the "MERIDIAN" Expo Center for the needs of the city of Yerevan in 2026, on the basis of point 2 of part 1 of article 23 of the Law "On Procurement" - in the form of procurement from a single person.

  2. To carry out the procurement procedure for consulting services for technical supervision of the quality of asphalting works of the area under communal subordination adjacent to the "MERIDIAN" Expo Center for the needs of the city of Yerevan in 2026, on the basis of point 2 of part 1 of article 23 of the Law "On Procurement" - in the form of procurement from a single person.

  3. Provide the invitation only to the person specified in the procurement application submitted by the responsible department.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision to the head of the Construction and Improvement Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by the Secretary of the Staff of Yerevan Municipality. TIGRAN AVINYAN
