ON ORGANIZING THE PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE

Guided by Article 2, Part 1, Point 1 of the RA Law "On Procurement" and based on Paragraph "d" of Subpoint 1, Point 21 of Annex N 1 approved by Decision N 526-N of May 4, 2017, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:

  1. For the needs of the city of Yerevan for 2026, to carry out the procurement procedure for the reconstruction of a 150 m section of the open damaged canal passing through the adjacent territory of the kindergarten being built on the land plot 37/42 H. Acharyan Street, Avan administrative district, Yerevan, on the basis of Article 23, Part 1, Point 2 of the Law "On Procurement" – in the form of procurement from a single person.

  2. For the needs of the city of Yerevan for 2026, to carry out the procurement procedure for the provision of consulting services for technical quality control of the reconstruction works of a 150 m section of the open damaged canal passing through the adjacent territory of the kindergarten being built on the land plot 37/42 H. Acharyan Street, Avan administrative district, Yerevan, on the basis of Article 23, Part 1, Point 2 of the Law "On Procurement" – in the form of procurement from a single person.

  3. The invitation shall be provided only to the person specified in the procurement application submitted by the responsible department.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Construction and Improvement Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by the Secretary of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality.
