This decision amends decision No. 2491-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated May 14, 2026. The amendment pertains to the address mentioned in the preamble of the decision: the words "Sofiyi street No. 88/2" are replaced with the words "G. and S. Gurzadyan street No. 91/2". The organization of the decision's execution and the responsibility for it are placed on the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Staff of the Mayor of Yerevan, and the control is placed on the Secretary of the Staff of the Mayor's Office.

ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN'S
DECISION № H.2491-A OF MAY 14, 2026
Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", and
considering the conclusion of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of
the Yerevan City Hall Staff dated 30.07.2026, as well as citizen Arman Arzumanyan's
application № D-70161-26 dated 06.07.2026:

  1. In the Decision of the Mayor of Yerevan № H.2491-A of May 14, 2026, "On
    Restoring the Rights of Anahit Aramayisi Abazyan, Arman Syomiki Arzumanyan, and
    Ernestina Slaviki Abazyan to the Residential House and Land Plot at 91/2 G. and S.
    Gurzadyanner Street, Erebuni, Yerevan" (hereinafter referred to as the Decision),
    make the following amendment:
  1. In the preamble of the Decision, replace the words "88/2 Sofia Street" with
    the words "91/2 G. and S. Gurzadyanner Street".

  1. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision
    shall be assigned to the Head of the Architecture and Urban Development Department
    of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  2. The supervision of the implementation of the Decision shall be assigned to
    the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  3. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan, or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
