Decision on granting addresses to real estate properties

This decision grants addresses to real estate properties within the administrative borders of Yerevan city. It also instructs the head of the real estate management department of the Yerevan Municipality staff to send copies of this decision to the heads of administrative districts, police departments, and applicants. The responsibility for organizing and executing this decision is assigned to the head of the real estate management department, with oversight from the secretary of the Yerevan Municipality staff.

ON PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", and the requirements of Points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia's Decision No. 2387-N of December 29, 2005:

  1. Provide addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan city, according to the appendix.
  2. Instruct the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the heads of administrative districts, the heads of departments of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police of Yerevan City, and the applicants.
  3. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  4. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
