ON ASSIGNING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE

Guided by point 4 of part 1 of article 52 of the "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" law, and the requirements of points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia N 2387-N of December 29, 2005:

  1. Assign addresses to real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Yerevan, according to the appendix.
  2. Instruct the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the heads of administrative districts, the heads of departments of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police of Yerevan City, and the applicants.
  3. Place the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision on the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  4. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
