ON MAKING AMENDMENT TO DECISION H.2623-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN OF JULY 24, 2018 AND PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES
An amendment is made to Decision H.2623-A of the Mayor of Yerevan of July 24, 2018, regarding the provision of addresses to real estate properties. In particular, point 5 of the appendix to the mentioned decision is recognized as void. The decision instructs to provide addresses to real estate properties in accordance with the appendix. The organization of execution and responsibility is placed on the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan City Hall staff.

ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO DECISION H.2623-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED JULY 24, 2018 AND ON PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES
Guided by Article 33, Part 1, Point 4, Article 37 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", Article 52, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", requirements of Points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by Decision H.2387-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated December 29, 2005, and based on the application №D-80214-26 of citizen Aleksandr Gevorgyan dated 30.07.2025:

Provide addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Yerevan, according to the appendix.

Recognize point 5 of the appendix to Decision H.2623-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated July 24, 2018 "On providing addresses to real estate properties" as null and void.

Instruct the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the heads of administrative districts, the heads of departments of the Yerevan City Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and the applicants.

Assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
