ON PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES
Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", and the requirements of Points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by Decision No. 2387-N of December 29, 2005, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:
- Provide addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan, in accordance with the appendix.
- Instruct the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the heads of administrative districts, the heads of departments of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Department of Yerevan, and the applicants.
- The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
- Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
