ON PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", and the requirements of Points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by Decision No. 2387-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated December 29, 2005:

  1. Provide addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Yerevan, in accordance with the appendix.
  2. Instruct the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the heads of administrative districts, the heads of departments of the Yerevan City Police Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the applicants.
  3. The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  4. Control over the execution of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
