ON PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

Guided by point 4 of part 1 of article 52 of the law "On local self-government in the city of Yerevan", and the requirements of points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by decision No. 2387-N of December 29, 2005, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:

  1. Provide addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Yerevan, according to the appendix.
  2. Instruct the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the heads of administrative districts, the heads of departments of the Yerevan City Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and the applicants.
  3. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  4. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
