The Mayor of Yerevan's decision concerns assigning addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan city. The decision is based on the requirements of the 'On local self-government in Yerevan city' law and the relevant decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. Guided by Article 52, Part 1, Point 4 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", and the requirements of Points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by the RA Government Decision No. 2387-N of December 29, 2005:
- Provide addresses to real estate properties located within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan city, according to the appendix.
- Instruct the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the Head of the Kentron Administrative District of Yerevan, the Head of the Yerevan City Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police, and the applicant.
- The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be placed on the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
