By this decision, apartment No. 9, building No. 24, Chekhov Street, with a total area of 23.41 sq.m., owned by Yerevan community, is gratuitously alienated to Stella Eduardi Osipyan. The head of Shengavit administrative district is authorized to conclude a donation agreement. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision are assigned to the head of Shengavit administrative district, and control is ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.
