ON DEFINING THE FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE OF THE APARTMENT LOCATED AT MAMIYANYANTS STREET, BLDG. 2, APT. 21 AS PUBLIC AND INCLUDING IT IN THE NON-RESIDENTIAL FUND

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of the authorized person Vahe Sahakyan regarding defining the functional purpose of the apartment located at Mamikonyants Street, bldg. 2, apt. 21, owned by Mihran Sahakyan and Vahe Sahakyan by right of common shared ownership (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property №24112025-01-0444), as non-residential and including it in the non-residential fund.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", point 7 of the procedure approved by Decision №88 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of February 2, 2002, taking into account the conclusion on the technical condition of buildings and structures №TZS 23-7-26 of 17.07.2026 provided by IE Sedrak Muradyan, as well as based on the conclusion of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Staff №N/40822-26 of 26.06.2026:

  1. To define the functional purpose of the apartment located at Mamikonyants Street, bldg. 2, apt. 21, owned by Mihran Sahakyan and Vahe Sahakyan by right of common shared ownership, as public, without architectural and planning assignments and design changes, and to include it in the non-residential fund as public (provided that it does not contradict the requirements of "HHSN 31-01-2014").

  2. To instruct the head of the Arabkir administrative district to register the apartment mentioned in point 1 of this decision as public.

  3. To take into account that the change in the functional purpose of the property defined by this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  4. The decision enters into force on the day following its receipt.

  5. The decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. 6. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the heads of the Real Estate Management, Architecture and Urban Development Departments of the Yerevan Municipality Staff and the head of the Arabkir administrative district. 7. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
