ON THE GRATUITOUS ALIENATION OF APARTMENT NO. 19, BUILDING NO. 42, MAYAK DISTRICT, NOR NORK, YEREVAN, WITH A TOTAL AREA OF 77.7 SQM

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of citizen Armine Stepani Inajyan regarding the gratuitous alienation of apartment No. 19, building No. 42, Mayak district, Nor Nork, Yerevan, with a total area of 77.7 sqm.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Article 594 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, and taking as a basis Sub-point 1 of Point 4 of the Appendix to Decision No. 463-N of December 23, 2025, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To donate apartment No. 19, building No. 42, Mayak district, Nor Nork, Yerevan, with a total area of 77.7 sqm, which is considered the property of the Yerevan community (state registration of rights to immovable property certificate No. 15052026-01-0309 dated 15.05.2026), to the resident of the same apartment, Armine Stepani Inajyan (1 person, hereinafter referred to as the donee), as property.

  2. To authorize the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan to conclude a gift agreement for the apartment with the donee on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. To take into account that the expenses related to the state registration of the right arising from the gift agreement and its notarization are borne by the donee.

  4. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  5. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision to the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan.

  6. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.
