DECISION OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN

ON GRATUITOUS ALIENATION OF APARTMENT NO. 2, WITH A TOTAL AREA OF 43.45 SQM, LOCATED IN BUILDING NO. 42/1 ON H. TEVOSYAN STREET IN YEREVAN

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of citizen Vahram Grigori Kartashyan regarding the gratuitous alienation of apartment No. 2, with a total area of 43.45 sqm, located in building No. 42/1 on H. Tevosyan Street in Yerevan.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Article 594 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, and based on Sub-point 2 of Point 4 of the Appendix to Decision No. 463-N of December 23, 2025, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To donate apartment No. 2, with a total area of 43.45 sqm, located in building No. 42/1 on H. Tevosyan Street in Yerevan, which is considered the property of the Yerevan community (state registration of rights to immovable property certificate No. 11052026-01-0377 dated 11.05.2026), to the residents of the same apartment: Vahram Grigori Kartashyan, Armenuhi Volodyayi Grigoryan, and Hayk Vahrami Kartashyan (3 persons, hereinafter referred to as donees), as joint property.

  2. To authorize the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, to conclude a donation agreement for the apartment with the donees in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. To take note that the expenses related to the state registration of the right arising from the donation agreement and its notarization shall be borne by the donees.

  4. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  5. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision to the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan.

  6. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.
