ON THE GRATUITOUS ALIENATION OF APARTMENT NO. 18, WITH A TOTAL AREA OF 58.15 SQM, IN BUILDING NO. 55/13, ARTASHESYAN AVENUE, YEREVAN

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Melanya Liftiki Yenokyan regarding the privatization of apartment No. 18, with a total area of 58.15 sqm, located at Artashesyan Avenue 55/13, Yerevan.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Article 594 of the Civil Code, based on Sub-point 7 of Point 4 of the program approved by Decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025:

  1. To gratuitously alienate (donate) apartment No. 18, with a total area of 58.15 sqm, in building No. 55/13, Artashesyan Avenue, considered the property of the Yerevan community (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property No. 29072025-01-0264 of 29.07.2025), to the resident of the same apartment, Melanya Liftiki Yenokyan (1 person, hereinafter referred to as the donee), as the donee's property.

  2. To authorize the head of the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan to conclude a donation agreement for the apartment with the donee, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. To take into account that the expenses related to the state registration of the right arising from the donation agreement and its notarization shall be borne by the donee.

  4. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  5. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be vested in the Head of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan. 6. Control over the implementation of the decision shall be ensured by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan. TIGRAN AVINYAN
