ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC SELF-SERVICE DEVICE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERRITORY OF YEREVAN CITY

Taking into account the application of Suren Stepanyan, director of "Idram Terminals" Limited Liability Company, and guided by the appendix to decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council:

  1. To grant "Idram Terminals" Limited Liability Company permission to install 2 automatic self-service devices for the purpose of carrying out trade or providing services through automatic self-service devices outside buildings and structures in the administrative territory of Yerevan community for August 2026, at the addresses G. Nzhdeh street No. 14 and A. Serob street No. 1/1 in Yerevan.

  2. To take into consideration that the local fee set for August for the permission to install automatic self-service devices has been paid, and in case the amount of the local fee for the subsequent months of the current year has been paid, the permission is considered extended.

  3. To the head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff: to supervise the implementation of the requirements of decision No. 249-N of December 24, 2024, of the Yerevan City Council during the activities of "Idram Terminals" Limited Liability Company mentioned in point 1 of this decision.

  4. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the head of the Trade, Services and Advertising Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.

  5. The control over the implementation of this decision is carried out by Suren Grigoryan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

  6. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force. TIGRAN AVINYAN
