ON PROVIDING ADDRESSES TO REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

Guided by point 4 of part 1 of article 52 of the law "On local self-government in the city of Yerevan", and the requirements of points 29 and 53 of the procedure approved by the RA Government's decision No. 2387-N of December 29, 2005:

  1. Provide addresses to real estate units located within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan city, according to the appendix.
  2. Instruct the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to deliver copies of this decision within 3 working days to the head of the Nor Nork administrative district, the head of the Yerevan City Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police, and the applicant.
  3. The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  4. Control over the execution of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
