ON DEFINING THE FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE OF THE APARTMENT LOCATED AT ARSHAKUNYATS AVENUE BLDG. 3, APT. 10 AS PUBLIC AND INCLUDING IT IN THE NON-RESIDENTIAL FUND

The basis for the adoption of the administrative act was the application of Inesa Chagharyan and Hayk Amroyan's authorized person Slavik Chagharyan regarding defining the functional purpose of the apartment located at Arshakunats Avenue bldg. 3, apt. 10, owned by Inesa Chagharyan and Hayk Amroyan by right of common shared ownership (state registration certificate of rights to immovable property №10082021-01-0123), as non-residential and including it in the non-residential fund.

Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Point 7 of the procedure approved by Decision №88 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated February 2, 2002, taking into account the conclusion №N/42899-26 of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Mayor's Office Staff dated 03.07.2026:

  1. To define the functional purpose of the apartment located at Arshakunats Avenue bldg. 3, apt. 10, owned by Inesa Chagharyan and Hayk Amroyan by right of common shared ownership, as public, without architectural and planning assignments and design changes, and to include it in the non-residential fund as public (provided that it does not contradict the requirements of "RA SN 31-01-2014").

  2. To instruct the head of the Kentron administrative district to register the apartment mentioned in point 1 of this decision as public.

  3. To take note that the change in the functional purpose of the property defined by this decision is subject to state registration in the relevant subdivision of the RA Cadastre Committee.

  4. The decision enters into force on the day following its receipt.

  5. The decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within two months from the date of its entry into force.

  6. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the heads of the Real Estate Management, Architecture and Urban Development Departments of the Yerevan Municipality Staff and the head of the Kentron administrative district.

  7. Control over the implementation of this decision is ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
