ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO DECISION H.2455-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED JUNE 23, 2025

Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", taking into account the state registration certificate of rights to real estate dated 29.08.2022, H.29082022-01-0097, the conclusion of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan Municipality Staff dated 27.07.2026, H.20-Ել-63292, as well as the application of citizen Levon Sumbatyan, represented by a representative, dated 18.06.2026, H.Դ-63292-26.

  1. In point 1 of Decision H.2455-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated June 23, 2025, "On restoring the rights of Levon Arazi Sumbatyan to the land adjacent to the residential house at 11/5 Antarain Street, Kentron, Yerevan, and alienating the land with an area of 98.65 sq.m. through direct sale", replace the number "427.5" with the number "414.03".
  2. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  3. Control over the implementation of the decision shall be assigned to the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
  4. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan, or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
