This decision amends points 1 and 2 of decision No. 4810-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan dated November 28, 2025, by replacing the words "1330.0 sqm" with "1240.40 sqm". The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision are placed on the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Staff of the Yerevan City Hall, and the control on the Secretary of the Staff of the Yerevan City Hall.

ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO DECISION NO. 4810-A OF NOVEMBER 28, 2025
OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN

Guided by Article 33, Part 1 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", taking
into account the application of citizen Hovhannes Arakelyan (18.06.2026 no. D-
63069-26):

  1. In clauses 1 and 2 of Decision No. 4810-A of the Mayor of Yerevan of November 28, 2025, "On the legalization of an arbitrary structure", replace the words "1330.0 sq m" with the words "1240.40 sq m".
  2. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
  3. Control over the implementation of the decision shall be assigned to the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
