    Authorize the head of the Real Estate Management Department of Yerevan City Hall Staff, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, to conclude an agreement with "Yerevan H.74 Nursery-Kindergarten" CNCO on making amendments to the agreement No. 1193 on gratuitous use of property concluded on April 2, 2016, including the following amendments: 1) point 1.1 of the agreement shall be set forth in the following content:

    1.1 By this agreement, the Lender undertakes to transfer to the Borrower for gratuitous use for an indefinite period the buildings with an area of 956.8 sq.m kindergarten, 20.4 sq.m, 20.4 sq.m, 20.4 sq.m sheds, 16.7 sq.m and 36.74 cubic meters fence, and the land plot with an area of 0.21943 ha occupied by them and necessary for their maintenance, hereinafter referred to as "Property", which is located at 41 Jrashogh 1st Street.

    in point 1.2 of the agreement, replace the words "certificate of registration of ownership/use right of real estate No. 605161 dated 09.01.2002" with the words "certificate of state registration of rights to real estate No. 07072026-01-0349".

ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO THE GRATUITOUS USE AGREEMENT OF PROPERTY ATTACHED TO THE "YEREVAN N.74 NURSERY-KINDERGARTEN" CNCO

Based on the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan №2080-A dated April 20, 2026 "On clarifying the boundaries of a land plot being community property, issuing a plan and providing an address", the boundaries of the land plot being community property located at the address Jrashen 1st Street, h.41, occupied by the "Yerevan N.74 nursery-kindergarten" CNCO, were clarified and registered in the name of Yerevan community under the certificate of state registration of rights to immovable property №07072026-01-0349 /0.21943ha land plot, 956.8sqm building, 20.4sqm, 20.4sqm, 20.4sqm sheds, 16.7sqm, 36.74cu.m. fence/.

Guided by the provisions of Chapter 36 of the Civil Code, taking as a basis point 46 of the appendix to the decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan №463-N dated December 23, 2025.

  1. To authorize the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the staff of Yerevan City Hall, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, to conclude an agreement with the "Yerevan N.74 nursery-kindergarten" CNCO on making amendments to the property gratuitous use agreement №1193 concluded on April 2, 2016, including the following amendments:

    1. to state point 1.1 of the agreement with the following content:
      "1.1 Under this agreement, the Lender undertakes to hand over for the Borrower's gratuitous use for an indefinite term the buildings with surfaces of 956.8sqm kindergarten, 20.4sqm, 20.4sqm, 20.4sqm sheds, 16.7sqm and 36.74cu.m fence and the land plot with a surface of 0.21943ha occupied by them and necessary for their maintenance, hereinafter referred to as "Property", which is located at the address Jrashen 1st Street, h.41".
    2. in point 1.2 of the agreement, replace the words "certificate of registration of the right of ownership /use/ of immovable property №605161 dated 09.01.2002" with the words "certificate of state registration of rights to immovable property №07072026-01-0349".

  2. Remove the words "by the relevant decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or" from point 6.2 of the agreement.

  3. Take note that:

  1. The agreement mentioned in point 1 of this decision is subject to notarization, and the right arising from it is subject to state registration in the relevant territorial subdivision of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
  2. Expenses related to state registration and notarization are borne by "Yerevan N74 Nursery-Kindergarten" CNCO.
  1. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within two months from the date of its entry into force.
  2. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Real Estate Management Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
  3. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be ensured by the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
