ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT AND ADDITION TO DECISION H.3067-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED JULY 2, 2008

Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", Point 1.1 of Part 2 of Article 52 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", taking into account Conclusion H.20-Yel-31773 of 20.07.2026 of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality, as well as Application H.D-106596-22 of 16.11.2022 of citizen Nune Safaryan:

  1. Make the following amendment and addition to Decision H.3067-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated July 2, 2008 "On Restoring the Property Rights of Sargis, Nune, Tigran Safaryan and Milena Yeghiazaryan to Residential Building H.23/5 in Noragyugh, Kentron Community" (hereinafter referred to as the Decision):
  1. Set out Point 1 of the Decision in the following wording:

"1. Restore the right of ownership of Sargis Safaryan, Nune Safaryan, Tigran Safaryan and Milena Yeghiazaryan to the property units located at H.23/5 Noragyugh, Kentron, Yerevan, to the extent of the land plot occupied by the residential building and necessary for its maintenance, with an area of 86.23 sq.m., recognizing their right of ownership to the land plot with an area of 86.23 sq.m. and the buildings and structures located thereon."

  1. Supplement the Decision with a new Point 1.1 with the following content:

"1.1. Based on the general plan of the city of Yerevan approved by Decision H.204-N of September 10, 2024 of the Council of Elders of the city of Yerevan, define the targeted and functional designations of the land plot with an area of 86.23 sq.m. located at H.23/5 Noragyugh, Yerevan, as residential development of settlement lands."

  1. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan, or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.

  2. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Staff of the Yerevan Municipality.

  3. To assign control over the implementation of the decision to the Secretary of the Staff of Yerevan Municipality.
