On making amendments to decision No. 1192-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan of March 4, 2026

Amendments are being made to decision No. 1192-Ա of the Mayor of Yerevan of March 4, 2026, regarding the legalization of an unauthorized structure located on the land plot belonging to citizen Armenak Panyan. In particular, the area of the land plot and the cadastral value of the structure are being changed. The organization and responsibility for implementation are assigned to the head of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Yerevan City Hall staff, and supervision to the secretary.

ON MAKING AMENDMENTS IN YEREVAN MAYOR'S DECISION NO. 1192-A
OF MARCH 4, 2026
Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", taking into
account the decision No. K-14052026-01-0079 of 14/05/2026 of the RA Cadastre Committee
"On Suspending the State Registration Procedure for Rights (Restrictions) to Property",
the applications of citizen Armenak Panyan, represented by his proxy (03.06.2026 No. D-57254-26,
13.07.2026 No. D-72675-26, 12.08.2026 No. D-85563-26):

  1. To make the following amendments to the Decision No. 1192-A of March 4, 2026, of the
    Mayor of Yerevan, "On Legalizing the Unauthorized Structure Located on the Land Plot
    Owned by Citizen Armenak Levoni Panyan by Right of Ownership at Address Yerevan,
    Ajapnyak, R. Melikyan Street No. 104" (hereinafter referred to as the Decision):
  1. In point 1 of the Decision, replace the words "343.1 square meters" with the words
    "335.6 square meters".
  2. In sub-point 1) of point 3 of the Decision, replace the words "1312685 (one million
    three hundred twelve thousand six hundred eighty-five)" with the words "1284403 (one million
    two hundred eighty-four thousand four hundred three)".
  1. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision
    to the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.
  2. To assign the control over the implementation of the Decision to the Secretary of the
    Yerevan City Hall Staff.
