ON MAKING A CHANGE IN THE DECISION OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN NUMBER 1714-Ա DATED APRIL 6, 2026

A change is made in the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan number 1714-Ա dated April 6, 2026. In particular, the words "S. Khanzadyan Street 13/2" are replaced by the words "S. Khanzadyan Street 13" in the title, preamble and clauses of the decision. The responsibility for implementation is assigned to the head of the architecture and urban development department, and supervision to the secretary.

ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO DECISION H.1714-A OF THE MAYOR OF YEREVAN DATED APRIL 6, 2026

Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", taking into account the conclusion H.20-Yel-52546 of 20.07.2026 of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall staff, as well as the application H.D-34522-26 of 08.04.2026 of citizen Anahit Navasardyan, represented by a representative:

  1. In the title, preamble, points 1, 3 and 4 of Decision H.1714-A of the Mayor of Yerevan dated April 6, 2026, "On Restoring the Rights of Anahit Bakhshi Navasardyan to the Residential House and Land Plot at S. Khanzadyan Street H.13/2, Nork-Marash, Yerevan", replace the words "S. Khanzadyan Street H.13/2" with the words "S. Khanzadyan Street H.13".
  2. The organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall staff.
  3. Control over the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall staff.
  4. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan, or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
