ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO YEREVAN MAYOR'S DECISION NO. 4074-A OF DECEMBER 8, 2023

Guided by Article 33, Part 1 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", taking into account the decision of the RA Cadastre Committee dated 13/02/2024 "On suspending the state registration procedure for property rights /restrictions/" No. K-13022024-01-0117:

  1. Make the following amendments to Yerevan Mayor's Decision No. 4074-A of December 8, 2023 "On legalizing an unauthorized structure" (hereinafter referred to as the Decision):
  1. In points 1 and 2 of the Decision, replace the words "195.8 sq.m" with the words "150.35 sq.m".
  2. In point 4 of the Decision, replace the words "acting head of the staff's architecture and urban development department Hayk Muradyan" with the words "head of the staff's architecture and urban development department".

  1. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the Architecture and Urban Development Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.

  2. Control over the implementation of the Decision shall be assigned to the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.
