    4. Authorize the head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to conclude a direct sale agreement with Alvard Navasardyan within 30 days, based on the fact that the amounts of 430730 AMD and 14989855 AMD were paid on 29.05.2026 to the Yerevan city budget account No. 900015211262 and the treasury account No. 900015211254, respectively, for the direct sale of the structure and the land plot allocated for it.

ON MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO YEREVAN MAYOR'S DECISION NO. H.3285-A OF AUGUST 28, 2024

Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", taking into account the application No. D-57651-26 of 04.06.2026 of citizen Alvard Navasardyan, represented by a representative.

  1. Point 4 of Yerevan Mayor's Decision No. H.3285-A of August 28, 2024 "On Legalization of an Unauthorized Construction" shall be set forth in the following wording:
    "4. To authorize the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan Municipality Staff, based on the fact that the amounts of 430730 (four hundred thirty thousand seven hundred thirty) drams and 14989855 (fourteen million nine hundred eighty-nine thousand eight hundred fifty-five) drams have been paid to the Yerevan city budget accounts No. 900015211262 and treasury account No. 900015211254 respectively on 29.05.2026, to conclude a direct sale agreement for the construction and the land plot allocated for it with Alvard Navasardyan within a 30-day period."

  2. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.

  3. The supervision of the implementation of the decision shall be assigned to the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff.

  4. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan, or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
