ON SETTING THE STARTING PRICE FOR THE ALIENATION OF PROPERTY
Guided by Article 59 and Point 8 of Part 1 of Article 84 of the Law "On Joint Stock Companies", based on the letter H.1530 dated 05.08.2026 of the Director of "Ambulance" CJSC and the appraisal report No. 10092025/1 issued on 08.07.2026 by "Bid Commodity and Raw Material Exchange" Limited Liability Company.
- To set the starting prices for the alienation of vehicles included in the appendix to this decision, registered on the balance sheet of "Ambulance" CJSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) under the subordination of Yerevan, as the market values indicated in the appendix, appraised by "Bid Commodity and Raw Material Exchange" Limited Liability Company.
- To instruct the Director of the Company to carry out the processing of relevant documents related to the alienated vehicles in the relevant department of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
- To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the Head of the Healthcare Department of the Yerevan Municipality Staff and the Director of the Company.
- To assign the control over the implementation of the decision to the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan S. Madatyan.
