    The decision of the Mayor of Yerevan dated September 11, 2025, No. 3729-A, shall be supplemented with new clauses 1.1 and 1.2 with the following content: "1.1. Allow citizen Goharik Avagyan (Tenant) to sublease the production structure with a total area of 156.12 sq.m. and the land plot allocated for it with an area of 78.06 sq.m. at 65/2 Orbeli Street, Yerevan, which were leased to her by the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan dated 31.07.2007, No. 2545-A. 1.2. Establish that: 1) the boundaries of the land plot specified in clause 1.1 of this decision are determined by the general plan No. 812-2007 dated 15.06.2007, issued by the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan dated 31.07.2007, No. 2545-A; 2) the structure and the land plot allocated for it specified in clause 1.1 of this decision can be provided for sublease until the expiration of the term provided for in clause 3 of the lease agreement No. V-42-2545-A for the structure and the land plot allocated for it, owned by the community of Yerevan, concluded between the Yerevan Municipality and citizen Goharik Avagyan on 09.08.2007 and notarized (No. 7159 dated 29.08.2007).

    Organize the execution of this decision and the responsibility for it shall be entrusted to the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Staff of Yerevan Municipality.

ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO YEREVAN CITY MAYOR'S DECISION H.3729-A OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2025

Guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", Articles 620 and 621 of the Civil Code, taking into account the application of citizen Goharike Avagyan, represented by a representative, dated 20.03.2026, H.D-57651-26.

  1. Yerevan City Mayor's Decision H.3729-A of September 11, 2025, "On extending the term of the lease agreement for a structure and the land plot allocated for it, and on making amendments and additions to the agreement" shall be supplemented with new clauses 1.1. and 1.2., with the following content:
    «1.1. To permit citizen Goharike Avagyan (Lessee) to sublease the industrial structure with a total area of 156.12 square meters, located at Orbeli Street H.65/2, owned by the Yerevan community, which was provided to her for lease by Yerevan City Mayor's Decision H.2545-A of 31.07.2007 (certificate of ownership (use) right registration H.2245946 of 02.07.2007), and the land plot with an area of 78.06 square meters allocated for the structure at the same address (master plan H.812-2007 issued on 15.06.2007).
    1.2. To establish that:
  1. the boundaries of the land plot mentioned in clause 1.1. of this decision are determined by the master plan H.812-2007 issued on 15.06.2007 by Yerevan City Mayor's Decision H.2545-A of 31.07.2007.
  2. the structure mentioned in clause 1.1. of this decision and the land plot allocated for it may be provided for sublease until the expiration of the term provided for in clause 3 of the lease agreement H.V-42-2545-A for the structure owned by the Yerevan community and the land plot allocated for it, concluded between the Yerevan City Hall and citizen Goharike Avagyan on 09.08.2007 and notarized (H.7159 of 29.08.2007).»
  1. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan Municipality Staff. 3. The supervision of the implementation of the decision shall be assigned to the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff. 4. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan, or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, within a two-month period from the date of its entry into force.
