ON GRATUITOUS TRANSFER OF PROPERTY OWNED BY YEREVAN COMMUNITY BY RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP

Guided by Article 605 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia and based on point 6 of the appendix to decision No. 463-N of the Yerevan City Council of December 23, 2025, "On the program for providing for use and alienation of property owned by the city of Yerevan for 2026".

  1. To gratuitously transfer (donate) property owned by the Yerevan community, with a total value of 3356208.0 (three million three hundred fifty-six thousand two hundred eight) AMD, to families in need of social assistance for household needs, by right of ownership, in accordance with the appendix.
  2. To authorize the head of Davtashen administrative district, on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, to conclude property donation agreements with the persons mentioned in the appendix to this decision, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
  3. To assign the organization and responsibility for the execution of this decision to the head of Davtashen administrative district.
  4. Control over the execution of the decision is carried out by the Mayor of Yerevan.
