On transferring property to "Yerevan New City Landfill" CJSC for gratuitous use

By this decision, the JAC T6 small-sized truck (pickup) owned by the Yerevan community is transferred to "Yerevan New City Landfill" CJSC for gratuitous use. The head of the communal services department is authorized to conclude the relevant agreement, and a handover-acceptance commission is established. Control over the implementation of the decision is entrusted to the secretary of the City Hall staff.

ON TRANSFERRING PROPERTY TO "YEREVAN URBAN NEW LANDFILL" CJSC
BY RIGHT OF GRATUITOUS USE
Based on subparagraph 4 of point 44 of the appendix to decision No. 463-N of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan of December 23, 2025:

  1. To transfer small-sized cargo /pickup/ vehicles (hereinafter referred to as Property), considered to be the property of the city of Yerevan, to "Yerevan Urban New Landfill" CJSC by right of gratuitous use, in accordance with appendix No. 1.

  2. To authorize the head of the communal economy department of the Yerevan City Hall staff to conclude a gratuitous use agreement for the Property with the director of "Yerevan Urban New Landfill" CJSC on behalf of the Mayor of Yerevan, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. To establish a commission for carrying out the transfer and acceptance works of the Property provided for in point 1 of this decision, in accordance with appendix No. 2.

  4. To instruct the chairman of the commission to carry out the transfer and acceptance works of the Property after this decision enters into force.

  5. To assign the organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision to the head of the communal economy department of the Yerevan City Hall staff.

  6. To assign control over the implementation of the decision to the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall Staff. TIGRAN AVINYAN
