Nzhdeh Street, owned by Karine Hageyan by right of ownership, as public, without architectural and planning assignments and design changes, and to include it in the non-residential fund. 2. To instruct the head of Shengavit administrative district to register the apartment mentioned in point 1 of this decision as public. 3. To take note that the change in the functional purpose of the apartment defined by this decision is subject to state registration in the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

ON ESTABLISHING THE FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE OF APARTMENT NO. 38
IN THE BUILDING NO. 1 ON G. NJDEH STREET AS PUBLIC
The application of Karine Hageyan served as the basis for the adoption of the administrative act:
regarding the establishment of the functional purpose of apartment No. 38 (real estate ownership (use) right
registration certificate No. 401420 dated 25.06.2002) belonging to her by right of ownership in the building No. 1 on G. Njdeh Street as public.
Guided by Article 49 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan", Articles 3, 53, 59 and 60 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", Point 7 of Appendix 1 to Decision No. 88 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated February 2, 2002, based on the conclusion No. N/56110-26 dated 25.08.2026 of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  1. To establish the functional purpose of apartment No. 38, belonging to Karine Hageyan by right of ownership, in the building No. 1 on G. Njdeh Street, as public, without architectural and planning assignments and design changes, and to include it in the non-residential fund /provided that it does not contradict the requirements of "RA Building Norms 31-01-2014"/.

  2. To instruct the head of Shengavit administrative district to register the apartment mentioned in point 1 of this decision as public.

  3. To take into account that the change in the functional purpose of the apartment established by this decision is subject to state registration in the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

  4. The decision enters into force on the day following its receipt.

  5. This decision may be appealed administratively to the Mayor of Yerevan or judicially to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within two months from the date of its entry into force.

  6. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision shall be assigned to the heads of the Real Estate Management, Architecture and Urban Development Departments of the Yerevan City Hall Staff and the head of Shengavit administrative district.

  7. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by the Secretary of the Yerevan City Hall Staff. Tigran Avinyan
