On approving the new editions of the statutes of a number of state non-commercial organizations

The new editions of the statutes of a number of state non-commercial organizations are approved. The directors of the state non-commercial organizations are instructed to ensure the registration of the organization's statute in the state register. The organization and responsibility for implementation are assigned to the head of the general education department of Yerevan City Hall staff. Supervision is reserved for the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

ON APPROVING THE CHARTERS OF A NUMBER OF STATE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATIONS IN A NEW EDITION

Guided by Article 13, Part 2, Point "d" and Part 3 of the Law "On State Non-Commercial Organizations", based on Decision N 1392-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of July 25, 2002 (as amended by Decision N 714-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of May 21, 2026), Point 2 of Decision N 604-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of May 29, 2009, taking into account Report N N/52864-26 of August 11, 2026, by the Head of the General Education Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff:

  1. To approve the charters of the following state non-commercial organizations: "Stepan Shahumyan Basic School No. 1 of Yerevan", "Hakob Karapents Basic School No. 6 of Yerevan", "Basic School No. 31 of Yerevan", "Hakob Paronyan Basic School No. 59 of Yerevan", "Al.   3. Instruct the directors of the state non-commercial organizations mentioned in the first point of this decision to ensure the registration of the organization's charter with the State Register Agency of Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia.

  4. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Head of the General Education Department of the Yerevan City Hall Staff.

  5. Supervision over the implementation of the decision shall be reserved for Deputy Mayor of Yerevan L. Hovhannisyan.
