By this decision, Yerevan City Hall designates "Yerevan City Management Technologies Center" CJSC as the responsible department for implementing the procurement process for the acquisition of a multi-platform LiDAR scanning, mobile mapping, aerial topographic, and photogrammetric imaging system. The company is also authorized to implement the contract termination process in case of improper performance or non-performance. The organization and responsibility for the execution of the decision are assigned to the director of the CJSC, and the supervision to the secretary of the City Hall staff.

ON DEFINING A RESPONSIBLE DIVISION

Guided by Article 49, Part 1 of the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and based on Sub-point "b" of Point 1 of Sub-point 7 and Sub-point 1 of Point 12 of Annex N 1 to Decision N 526-N of May 4, 2017, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:

  1. For the purpose of implementing the procurement process for the acquisition of a multi-platform LiDAR scanning, mobile mapping, aerial topographic, and photogrammetric survey system for the needs of Yerevan City Hall, "Yerevan City Technology Management Center" CJSC shall be designated as the responsible division in accordance with the procedure established by law.
  2. Authorize "Yerevan City Technology Management Center" CJSC, as the responsible division, to carry out the process of contract termination due to improper performance or non-performance of the contract within the framework of procurement processes.
  3. The organization and responsibility for the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the director of "Yerevan City Technology Management Center" CJSC.
  4. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be exercised by the Secretary of the Staff of Yerevan City Hall.
