Announcement on citizen receptions

Dear citizens, we remind you that receptions are organized at Yerevan City Hall. Every Thursday, receptions are organized in the staffs of the heads of administrative districts and in the staff of the City Hall with the participation of high-ranking officials. To register for receptions in advance, it is necessary to submit a written application or an oral request in the citizens' service hall. There is also an opportunity to make a phone call to the City Hall's 1-05 phone number with a request for reception. In all the mentioned cases, it is necessary to indicate the case/issue registered in Yerevan City Hall, in connection with which the request for reception is submitted. Receptions are also held according to the schedule below, with the participation of the heads of the City Hall's departments, in the reception halls of the administrative buildings.
